(I just finished reading it for the first time in a long time) The relationship those girls had with their father was beautiful to read about. I loved some of the quotes from the book.
(Karel to Corrie) "Oh, Corrie, it's the happiest home in Holland!"
(Corrie to her father) "God go with you, father!"
(father to Corrie and Betsie) "And with you, my daughters."
What a great book! It's been years since I've read it and it really blessed me. :) Sorry I couldn't make it to your movie night, btw. My parents were gone for the weekend and I had to babysit. I hope you guys had fun, though!! :DCatherinehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01838531570481975386noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1591716991354386792.post-73336152280905690642008-05-06T03:15:00.000-07:002008-05-06T03:15:00.000-07:00What a blessed father to have a daughter so devote...What a blessed father to have a daughter so devoted.

I know that's your heart too.

Practical application - you could do some filing upstairs for your dad
he would LOVE it.Donhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02783312435126586214noreply@blogger.com
